However (over 20 years ago) I bought a ticket for a passenger ride-along, in an open cockpit, old biplane -- it looked a little bit like the one below. That was wild being up in a plane that was all "open" and we had to wear the headcap and goggles, too!

We just arrived at Hershey Park.Got on the Hershey Park ferris wheel. They won't let single riders on, so I went on with a man and his granddaughter, who looked to be about nine. I talked with them a bit, asked where they were from, mentioned I'm a season passholder and that I'm up about once a month. "Oh, you come with your boyfriend?" "Well, usually my brother; he's on vacation with our parents." "You don't have a boyfriend?"
Didn't go to my relatives' get together, still get questioned about having a boyfriend.

That's hilarious.Reminds me a little of my dog -- he has a mental breakdown when the timer goes off on the microwave oven! He hates the microwave, and comes flying over to me or hubs to make it stop!
