Huh....I looked him up, and it says his family lived in Northbrook, which I've never heard of. But looking at Google maps, that is kind of the area where my mom's family lived, though my mom's family was a bit farther west.

I think the last piece of hub's Halloween costume arrived today, he is going as Chewbacca. There was a package on the porch when I got home from work and when I picked it up something inside roared!

I always enjoy these mini-lessons you share with us! There was another forum member a few years ago that I really liked (think it was up in N&R). He was some sort of Disney designer or imagineer -- an amazing guy -- who used to share all kinds of design information. His threads were outstanding, and for the life of me, I can't remember his name! Ugh!Do you recall who I'm thinking of?
He finally ended his thread at one point, because he had covered just about everything he could think of. I recall the main mod (Steve) thanking him at the end for such a quality thread, and that in all the years he had contributed to it, there were never any censures from the mods. People respected what he wanted to contribute. I miss that thread . . .
UPDATE: 7:23 PM @donaldtoo , I just remembered his name -- Eddie Sotto--amazing person.

And yes, I do remember the Sotto thread. It was very informative and entertaining! Wish I woulda’ kept up with it more.
I wonder if it can be bumped? Or maybe it’s locked and waaayyyyy back there somewhere, but, can still be accessed with a search...?
