@Goofyernmost , just an fyi about 192 -- looks like some of it might be turning the corner, with this new development. This caught my eye in the Everything Else forum. Really curious about what the rates will be for that hotel, when it opens in 2019.

Those are some beautiful concept art photos. I wouldn't mind living their. Looks so very Key West. Was it wrong of me to save one of the images on my computer?:angelic:

Looks like it is near the area where I rented a villa a few years back. It's not right on the highway, but, only a few steps off. I didn't take the time to research the pricing yet. But, if priced right that could take the pressure off the Disney water parks. The buildings looks intriguing and it is very close to the Disney action. A little further from Universal but, not all that much.

It was in full blown construction in April and May. It sits on the divide line of nice condos to blight so I bet they negotiated a great price on land.

Also look at Western Way access. They are building so many homes, condos etc in each direction of Flamingo Crossing. 4 more hotels at Crossing and Disney is building across from hotels a new college program housing for around 2500 unit apartments. That stalled project is in full swing too so there is hope for 192. I’ll pull some photos of Flamingo later.
