Hahaaa...!
Sorry, I wasn't clear. They are actually officially called "Personal Days", they used to call them sick days. Those cannot be rolled over...use 'em or lose 'em.
But, we can roll over all the vacation days we want, which can, with written permission, be used in a pinch for a personal day(s).
One of my coworkers currently has about 3.5 months of paid vacation banked, and it can't be taken away.
The one huge glitch is that is that unless one is absolutely sure of the solvency of any company it is a huge exhibition in faith. If a company goes under in a bankrupt situation, one can pretty much kiss that money goodbye. The same goes for pension plans. Any large bulk of money directly connected to a specific company can easily disappear. It comes under the heading of "you can't get blood out of a stone". One has to have complete and total trust in not just the appearance of health, but, the honesty of the management as well. It's one thing to promise, however, a completely different thing when it comes to delivery.

Yep. My step-dad lost most of his pension from a company he worked for in his younger days. Lucky for him he went out on his own and did well for himself. He doesn't need to depend on that pension thank goodness.

Yes. Sam's club has the best price when they have it. Otherwise Wegman's
I found a recipe on King Arthur's website, but it says to add eggs. I don't do eggs.

Edit: They say to use flax eggs as a sub for eggs. Have you done that in breads? Ever try psyllium husks in your baking? Found a coconut flour cupcake recipe that says it works better than flax with coconut.

Does the bread rise well like gluten containing breads or is it more dense?

More dense. Add a bit more of baking powder and baking soda tsp vinegar even in yeast breads. Ener G egg replacer in baked goods. Yes to the psyllium

I am surprised that they don't have an area with notes that would show that a group of tickets are part of a group. That is not very responsible of them. No wonder airlines have lost kids in the past. Good thing there was an intelligent dad there.
It's actually pretty ridiculous and it's not just AA. When we went back for my dad's funeral last March, we were on a United flight...we booked our seats together. There are laws that airlines aren't allowed to have minors under 16 seated without a guardian...so we got to the airport, printed out our boarding passes and it had split us up. We asked before we checked in....the gal told us we were together, it's just how the seats work. So we check in, but were unsure, so we asked the agent at check-in...she said we were together, no worries...we were 2 and 2. We get to the gate area and I'm looking at it and we had 3 different rows...how in the world is that 2 and 2. So DH took it to the gate agents...the confirmed we were indeed not sitting together, which is of course against regulations and we had booked our seats 2 and 2, so how did that get split up? After 20 minutes, they were already boarding and it wasn't resolved, so they said they'd take care of it on the plane, which basically meant they'd ask if anyone was willing to switch seats in our area, which no one was. I have no idea how we got split up in the first place...you can see that there are 2 children, and you KNOW they can't fly separately from their parents because it's against the law. I can only guess that someone was willing to pay extra for one of the seats we had booked and they bumped one of us, not even bothering to check age. I ended up in tears I was so frazzeled and finally 2 girls in the back, probably in their 20s, asked what was going on and offered to move over one seat so I was in the aisle and a guy across the aisle agreed to move up to the seat I was SUPPOSED to be in so DD could sit there. So they DID get it squared away, but if they had just kept us in the seats we booked, it wouldn't have been an issue in the first place, and then to lie the whole time until it was too late to do anything about it...I was sooooo angry.

Tomorrow I am having a nuclear stress test, and will come home from the facility with a 48 hour heart monitor. The cardiologist wants to find out once and for all if I do indeed have an irregular heartbeat. I also told him at my last appointment about how tired I get after certain activities. I attribute it to my age of course, but I guess it could be something else. I didn't realize that the stress test took so long. I just received a phone reminder about the procedure. Keep good thoughts about me tomorrow.
I hope all went well today.
