Thanks for your concern... I have to say that the exercises are finally seeming to have some affect. The entire situation is way better, not gone completely, but, much, much better. Now if it were only warm enough to go outdoors I might feel wonderful. I have, indeed, lost my edge, but, I am not at all upset about that. It is an edge that no one needs. It is delish, and it's only a couple of blocks from our house, so we can just walk there when we don't want to cook. You can order take out or stay there, but they only have a few tables. That's where we went a few months back that had the new waitress who completely messed everything up. Then we came back a month or 2 later and were surprised to see her still there, and she wasn't much better. The owner had to come and double check our order, which the gal had gotten wrong, so the owner corrected it. I wonder if she was let go...she wasn't there the other night and there was a new kid who was better than she was after 2 months! We go there about once a month...inexpensive and good food.That sounds delish
