That is "cold" for me and good for walking and moving around.

Cold for me too.

It is just what you are used to. So, yes, that would feel toasty to me after highs in the 20's. However, it looks like I am going to have great weather there! Mid 70's most of it.

So it seems that those of us here that don’t like the cold or winter also do not like eggnog. Interesting.

Then I am the odd one out. I don't like winter. I really like good egg nog (a little rum in there doesn't hurt). And just to be a little controversial, yes, I do like fruitcake. Has to be good fruitcake, though. Don't start mailing the stuff that has been sitting in the back of the closet for years.

Aw. That day, I was staring at an ornament of Mickey dressed as a HM butler. I didn't buy it, but I kept thinking about it. Bought it on the next trip. It does remind me of our meeting, when I see it.

Depends on the time of year. We cover the whole spectrum. Super hot and humid to a few days colder than Mars.

And finally #3. Could use some prayers and pixie dust for my FIL please. He was feeling...I can't come up with the English word for Benauwd...like...he couldn't breathe right, I guess? Anyway, he had that tightness all week and he went to the doctor today and they did some tests and sent him to ER...they THINK he has a blood clot in his lung. So they gave him some blood thinners, but it's kind of dangerous after the bleed he had in his brain at the end of September/beginning of October. So they have admitted him to the hospital and will do a scan tomorrow.

Prayers for your FIL. What a rough year he has had.

Good morning everyone. I slept in till 8.30am, feeling very lazy. I decided that instead of reading the paper (is it still called a paper when you read it on your tablet?) I would catch up on the Chit chats and trip reports. A much better start to my day off.
