My EKG showed that I have a very slow heart rate. It was only 48. Otherwise my doctor said that it was not abnormal like it was during my surgery. I did show her that Heart Rate readout that the eye surgeon had printed out for me. Yes, I got the earliest cardiologist appointment. I guess if I insisted, I could have got an earlier appointment, but maybe not at the same office where I see my regular doctor. As far as these new meds, I already have a December 12th appointment with my primary care doctor, and I should have a better idea about how well I am adjusting to them. Have I mentioned that I am also taking thyroid medication for hypothyroidism, so this whole thing may be tied in with that condition at well. Lots to take in, but I will just take it slow. I was glad when the doctor suggested/reguested that I put off my eye surgery until after the January appointment.

Sympathy like.
Hope things are better by now.
We had a huge gust yesterday morning. We have a large birdcage out on the deck. It was the one our birds used(obviously). Now that they are gone we brought it out to clean it. The thing ways a good 30-40 pounds. It got blown over onto the picnic table we have on the deck! I didn't get it either. It is a cage and the wind should have gone right through it. o_OWe also have a large plastic trunk on the side of the house where we store stuff. It is heavy also and it got blown over and the stuff inside fell out.

Ahhhhhh!!! I would rather be hit in the head with a rock than get a needle in the arm. I have such an intense and insane needle phobia that have to work myself up for weeks to do this. My doctor thinks I am insane, and naturally, he is correct. ;)
I totally get that. I had an MRI last week and I wasn't scared of being in the tube and not seeing anything else or the loudness of it but the thought of the contrast IV....:arghh:
