Good Momma!
That picture looks so nice to me. Thanks, I needed a lift today. Hubby is still "under the weather".

A Disney blogger that is very down to earth was run down this week by a guest in an electric cart. Knock him from behind and he fell to the ground. The scooter caught his Achilles and cut up his heels. Shook him up. People are crazy no matter where you reside or work.
That happened to me, at Elitch Gardens in K.C. A guy delivering ice cream ran up the back of my leg with a metal dolly. I went to park services to check the damage. I told them to put on a bandage and I could go on, for the day. The nurse called an ambulance and off I went to emergency they stitched up my leg. The muscles were cut along with a deep cut. I had to have internal stitches and external stitches . There went my day at Worlds of Fun.....Yes, I was in shock and couldn't feel that much pain.....hubby insisted that we have the leg checked out....Me, I wanted to ride the new roller coaster.....Yes, I was young and stupid. I was on crutches for 6 weeks....

I'm not sure I want kids. I think having a brother 6 1/2 years younger has made me disenchanted with the idea.
You’re too young for such decisions. Never say never. I only ever wanted 2. I have 4 and all were on purpose. ;) Your love and patience you deal with for your own kid is much different than what you experience with a sibling, even when one is needing more care like your brother. Anyway you have a career to work on. :)

That's horrible. I hope today finds your dh feeling much better. Dr figgy says rest up pack and have a margarita today, of course I'm hoping the packing works like washing the car or getting a snowblower tune up, rain and no snow respectively. Prayers and pixie dust xoxo
Hubby went to the Dr. to get an ex-ray. They found a lot of damage. But he is resting, except for having to drink 70 oz of water for the next three days. They also put in a catheter , and he had to remove it this morning. I thought he was going to pass out. What a last three days.

Wow, 3 hours is an awfully long time to wait anywhere to see a physician. Would it have been better if you would have gone to the ER of the hospital where they could have run some tests to see what the issue is? I obviously don't know the geography of where you live. Maybe it is a kidney stone? My dh had kidney stones act up once while he was at work once and he actually drove to the hospital near his office. They took him in after just a few minutes. That is one thing I can say about the hospitals near us, the few times we went we never waited more than 10 minutes to get in. Of course we live in a more rural area so maybe that helps. But even when we drive down 95 and see the hospital billboards with the ER wait times they are usually short also, under 20 minutes. I never understood why they have the billboards, but now reading your post with an urgent care place having a 3 hour wait I can see why. In any case, I hope your hubby will be better quick. If it is a kidney stone, you could always stop at MK before the cruise and ride Big Thunder Mountain. Take the back row and that kidney stone will come popping out in no time.;) Not being silly either. Do you remember reading the article where there was an actual study about coasters and kidney stones? BTMR is the best coaster for removing kidney stones.:)
As you have read, hubby passed the stone, he had back issues for days. One more stone is in the bladder. They will wait and see what happens...those things are so unpredictable. He was checked out in May. But a stone can form overnight. I would rather have a ride on BTMR. Hubby hates coasters. Maybe he should rethink that!;););)

Sympathy like. So sorry...sounds like it was a rough day! So are we praying you can go on your trip, or praying that it's canceled?
I can't decide right now. It sounds like a lot of rain. But we will do this either way....right now a rainy cruise is right up my alley....I can catch up on sleep. Hubby has to get up every couple hours at night. Disrupted sleep is awful....for both of us.

We went and saw the new Kingsmen movie and enjoyed it a lot. Then we got pizza to go from Pizza Hut it was very good and now we have lots of leftovers! Which is good because we have a busy week.
Pizza Hut has a very good hand tossed crust. They took a nose dive a few years ago, but now they are back and thriving....Yea...pizza is my favorite food in the whole world...without real cheese of course.....

Next Tuesday. We will probably leave early in the morning so we have more park time. The GPS says it's a 6.5 hour drive. With stops for meals and potty breaks, we figure closer to 8...so we thought we'd leave maybe around 4 am if we can store the bags until check-in and then go explore the park for a while. We booked the Buffalo Bill Wild West show for that night at 9:30...the only time they had during our stay. We figure the kids will probably conk out in the car...I probably will too. Can't wait, though...I am so looking forward to a bit of magic and pixie dust!
Have the best time. Sorry I'm so late on here. Life took a turn, but I'm hoping it's getting better.

What is a PD party? Never heard that expression before.
Live PD is a show on A&E that showcases six police departments televising their LIVE patrol from 9-midnight on Friday and Saturday. The show was created to show not all police are bad and what they go through on patrol. I didn't recognize anyone on the show but knew all the places they were at.

Haven't heard back as of yet as to whether or not it was a kidney stone.

They say, however, that if you have a kidney stone, riding rollercoasters can help you to pass it.

So I'm going to Hershey Park on Sunday.
If it's a stone...it can roll in and out of the bladder, when it leaves the bladder...all the pain starts...it's too big to go from the ureter to the urethra they are the size of a small hair. The stone can be really large up to a 7 milimeter. Or more, that's when they get stuck or can't pass. Either, can tear up your bladder or the rest of the plumbing. I'm hoping for no stones, for you they can be a real pain....
