This mid-westerner will pray it goes out to sea as well. Our country doesn't need to deal with this too, after Harvey.

Before dinner Kapono and I went for a walk and just beat the incoming downpour. She stopped at one point and didn't want to move I think she sensed the rain coming because it hadn't gotten cloudy yet. I made her continue. We ended up getting dropped on a little. I've shared a picture of this field before usually they plant corn but this year it was beans. I thought it looked pretty at the moment we were walking past.



Ok time to post the final meal pictures.

My mac and cheese. I had carmelized onions to put on top and I forgot, oh well maybe with tomorrow's leftover meal.

Well, Jasmine got stuck someplace again...my door chest. She jumped in and being black, I didn't see her, and shut the doors. That little fluffball needs to control her curiosity. And her owner must learn to check before closing any doors to make sure there is no kitten present.

I think I'm having a brain fart...what is a door chest? You know what they say....curiosity killed the cat! She sounds like she's a handful...though a pretty adorable and entertaining one.
