Have you ever tried the pickled beets? They are yummy and come in a jar. Best served in salads or cold.Figgy, you're the only one I know that would always have beets "on hand"!! I think I bought a beet about 10 years ago.

Thanks for the invite, I'll come early! And I will clean up. Great menu!I finally put the menu together for Sunday. Salad with a choice of homemade honey mustard or ranch dressing(evoo & basalmic for me), asparagus, smoked mac and cheese, baked beans, tangerine rice(TC's couscous recipe), smoked ham, smoked turkey, roast turkey, choice of smoked or baked sweet potatoes, peas, marinated green beans with onions and mushrooms and angle food cake with strawberries. oops almost forgot pickled beets

A divorce. Long story short she went through some tough times. We are finishing moving the kitchen this week-end. She has a nice apartment for her and the boy's. 2017 has not been a great year, so far....for many of us.
I also hope they are able to be amicable for the boys' sake. Sending positive vibes!

I'm glad half of your life is doing well.Hey y'all, I just wanted to hop in briefly to say howdy and hope everyone is doing well. I'm STILL not divorced, but I'm working on a settlement offer in hopes my ex will agree to a normal, reasonable custody schedule. The WDW trip last Christmas with DD was some good fun and I'll post pics as soon as I can. And I just celebrated a year with my boyfriend, so that's still going really well. This weekend we are taking the kids to Great Wolf Lodge, which should be a lot of fun. Wishing an early Happy Easter to all of you!

They are thinking of the boy's. Court date today to get the judge's ruling. Divorce is final at the middle of June. 28 years was a long time. We are all moving on.I'm so sorry to hear that.
