The good thing is I landed a job in an Urgent Care Facility that has set hours of operation and not a hospital setting. I will still work the occasional 10 hour shift, but will never be stuck working a double or overnight.

That's nice to hear. My sister-in -law was a nurse, and worked in E.R. really tough job. Then she did surgery for a while too. Also hard.

I never had that problem. Not even as a little kid. I knew i wanted to go into the Medical Field probably by the time I entered High School.

I'm lactose intolerant, but I'm sure I could substitute almond milk. This could be a fun experiment. Or not!
