OK, time for me to correct myself (I know it's shocking when we realize that I have an imperfection), however, I was thinking incorrectly. When I used to buy gas in Canada it was an Imperial Gallon. The comparison was that the Imperial Gallon was the equivalent of 5 American quarts. The American Gallon, was then and is now, 4 quarts per gallon. Sorry, I guess I didn't help and I am so, so ashamed of myself. There are 3.7854118 litres in a gallon for comparison so if you paid 93 cents per litre that would be the same as $3.52 per gallon. (american)
You know so much more than I do about the Imperial Gallon.

I will trust you as I have no idea off the top of my head. I guess that's not as bad.

Please tell me the father who did that got his kid disqualified, and that he got to pay for the medical bills!!

NO! to all of the above. If anything I could have gone after the park district as a patron's actions injured her by kicking the rock.

Actually the Dad likely didn't mean to cause harm, just kicked like a little kid. That outdoor pool (we were the visiting team) had rocks about the size of a giant gumball in their landscaping. Rocks tended to spill out onto the sidewalk frequently. Still he was a grown-up and you'd think he could curb the little boy in himself and not kick the freak'n rock. Most of us big people scootched them back where they belonged when we saw them. Our outdoor pool doesn't use rocks cause stupid tends to happen with rocks but they need little refreshing each year after snow. Our Park District and the Park District my kids worked at used bark which has different issues around a pool when there is a huge rain. No perfect solution.

I hope Walmart didn't charge extra shipping because they divided it up into so many packages!!! Where I work, we have to try to get it all into ONE package. Sometimes it's not possible, like if someone orders 10 pairs of shoes or 6 winter coats, but I don't think we've ever had to use more than 2 boxes for an order!!
Free shipping for orders over $50. :)

@Cesar R M were you able to straighten everything out? Sending prayers and pixie dust xoxo
yeah, we had a few calls.
the company edreams was the culprit.
There was a full change of flights (some number flights were moved , hours changed)
but they never alerted me in any form.

My mother called via phone very early today..and resolved the issue. It was a nightmare as her voice (the customer support's microphone) was failing and the words cutting up.

They supposedly were waiting for us to contact them. Got my new tickets and confirmation.
The hotel is still pending, but my boss claims the system says its booked. That the hotel staffwas an idiot.

I'm also waiting for the refund of the premiun seats of my older booking. since they are no longer valid.

Our jumped 25 cents up to $2.20

What the heck, in the morning the news was reported that day it was reported that a barrel of oil price had dropped to the lowest price in a decade. So they raised the price of gasoline. Yup.
technically, the gas cannot be that cheap.. since oil is one thing(extraction), producing and refining it is another process.
