I've pretty much shared a lot. Sometimes, not wisely...as hubby says. We all have our personal thoughts on sharing. I would love to see faces behind the voices. I've posted my pictures to Disney along with the DD and grandsons, hubby doesn't want his picture posted. I respect that. I've always been pretty open about my life. I guess I grew up before the internet, and have a lot to learn about personal safety. I should have known better, but I'm learning that not everyone looking at this sight is benevolent . @Songbird76
you're correct about sharing too much.

IT can leave you exposed to people who steal identities.
Some people just need tiny about of information to create a reactionchain of thief (example.. very well trained identify thiefs usually ask for one information from someone, then chain it to other people the first person knows.. so they build entire pages of information).

I still remember that famous scam that was affecting my country.
They would randomly call you and claim they are your cousin or uncle that somehow "got stuck" in the border with no papers, and they need your help (always money).

The interesting part is, they are very clever.. but very simple.
they act all "common cousin! how do you dont remember me" (aka refusing to say any name expecting YOU to fill the voids)
sadly, elderly and young teenagers or kids usually answer a lot leaving their families exposed.

Amen on the bbq! :D
speaking of meat.. I just read that the MMO (or world medical association or whatever its called)
just released a report that says SOME MEAT is direct cause of colonorectal cancer.
but in the news papers (again, trying to get people to buy the thing) they make it sound like ALL MEAT causes it.
When in tiny letters it says only processed food that has been altered (aka sausages, ham..etc..) and in high quantities..

That is pretty much usual in everything.. anything that is ingested in high quantities = damaging to our body.

We are catching up right now, watching an episode. Still trying to figure out what's going on.

It's enjoyable. I don't watch a lot of new TV except reruns.

Of of all the American shows out there I watch:

both Marvell shows
Quantico
Once Upon Time
Law and Order SVU

(guess I'm an ABC person)

Gilmore Girls 4 episodes on Netflix in case anybody cares. I don't have Netflix to watch the other Marvell show. At least they don't have the FTC in the way.

You and @Cesar R M are both up rather early I hope you both got a good night's sleep.
I'm still on the old Disney time. I'm changing my foods that I'm eating. Trying to do more healthy eating, along with the bike riding. Do you have an recommendations for a good vegetarian cook book. What, if anything do you know about Dr. Furman? I feel rested but hungry!
