I do that too with vinegar. It will also remove road salt stains from leather boots. But if can do that to hard mineral build up imagine what it does to fabric that breaks down quickly. Gotta be careful with that stuff. Still we eat it. Kinda like Coke and its cleaning properties and we wonder why there are so many healing drugs for tummy problems.
I thought that apple cider vinegar is supposed to be good for the body, not the teeth though!;)

I ride my real bike frequently. I love it.

Your comments remind me of yesteryear in the Wonders of Life Pavilion where you could ride the stationary bike through WDW. It was fun. I miss that pavilion.

I love this, I'm going to see if there is a DVD of pedaling around different cities or countries. That would be fun. So far, I've watched the cooking channel and a couple movies. I can see that getting really old , after time.

Happy Friday and it looks like I may not get back on today either. My friends and I are going for our mani time today. I now realize one of the things I don't like about fall is no more Minnie pink or Figment purple on my nails for a while. I'm going with bordeaux seeing it's not on my diet it might as well be on my nails. I'm also going to the Friday farm market as the picking will be slim at both of the ones I go to I may need to go to both until they close.
I hope you score some good veggies.

Good to hear. I was still wondering. My Dad had so many new food restrictions that annoyed the heck out of him, same with my FIL when he was still alive. (not what got him ultimately but actually kept him him kick'n longer)

My Dad gave up on the food restrictions a year after his quad bypass. After his recent issues (same time as your Dad) 5 years later his new arteries one is only 40% blocked and the rest are fine. At his age 88 Doc's are not concerned. He continues to eat as he pleases then just complains to my Mom constantly that he thinks he is going to die today. BTW, my Dad being an asbestos contractor thinks he has been dying since he was 62 years old. If true, it was a real slow slow death, what 26 years and counting??? :banghead:  :cyclops: If he was a woman he would have dying during childbirth. Oddly enough he only had one sister which had no children.
that sounds exactly like my dad lol, they found him a failure on his heart that required open chest surgery.
They gave him "2 years to live" when he was at around 30 years old.
He went up to 70+ and died of cancer.

Some of us are just too stubborn to die ;)

Please stay safe and follow the warnings.
2 news.. one good and the other bad..

the bad.. Patricia is now the strongest hurricane ever on recorded story, with wind guts of 400Km/h
Thats Tornado territory.
sustained of 200Mph(320Km/h). It surpassed both Trip and Wilma as strongest wind speed wise..
even stronger in barometric pressure than Wilma (880 vs 882)

The good: It seems to be turning right into the mountain range. Which means we will get torrential rain, but very little winds.
As the mountain range will protect us. Weather channel is reporting a 100% probability of 47mph winds in my area. these things are not 100% confirmed in my experience. As we've had another strong hurricane enter the back of the mountain range and do zero wind damage in my town.

Our neighbourns are already walling the windows with wood.
I'm going to use the beds to reinforce them if things go bad.

@Cesar R M , I saw on the news this morning about Hurricane Patricia as a Category 5 (which you also mentioned). I don't know how far you live from the area it's supposed to hit, but I pray you are very far away and this won't affect your area. Please stay safe and I'll say prayers for your safety.
technically, I live in the Puerto vallarta zona, so I'm right in the danger area of the outer hurricane wind wall .
