Thanks you are the resident expert on here as far as healthy eating goes. You've been nominated and elected!If that's the only thing going in the oven sometimes I'll slice it open scoop the seeds lightly oil then roast, seeing I'm lazy I just poke it a few times and roast until soft, slice it open and then scoop the seeds out no oil needed and I do 2 or 3 at a time.
