This sounds fantastic! I saw a recipe once for booze soaked melon. It basically involved putting some holes in a watermelon and emptying a bottle of vodka into the melon. I never tried it but it sounded interesting.

I know, BIG surprise , but, we made stuff like that many times, back in the day.

DD and I had a great day at Typhoon Lagoon, though! However, we only got to go on Crush 'n' Gusher once, as she scraped her knee right after getting out of the raft and then refused to get back on.

So the rest of the day was spent in either the lazy river or wave pool!

And despite putting on lots of sunblock, my shoulders managed to get burned, but at least that was it.

I suppose your sunblock is waterproof right?

I stopped watching MTV when they took Headbangers Ball off. I watch a lot of VH1 Classic.

I think it's water resistant. But somehow it must have been just coming off my shoulders more than anywhere else. I mean, my face is right next to my shoulders and not burned at all. One of the mysteries of life, I suppose.

Nothing, even happened like that in the places I worked. Go to work, do work, go home. Called everyone by Mr. Mrs. Ms. no first names allowed. I must have worked in the prison era!

Even the place DWifey has been temping for bought the whole department she's in Longhorn Steakhouse for lunch one day, and then they took us on that fabulous Lake Austin boat cruise, with all you can eat fajitas, and an open bar (beer, wine, liquor) for the whole time.
We're not complainin' about our jobs, that's for sure.
She has a job app in for an open position at that company. Fingers crossed... XX

We can't start going to the theme parks until Friday, since we only have 10-day tickets and only taking a couple days off during that time frame. Can't wait! You should see my 3-page itinerary, it's pretty jam-packed.

I stopped watching after Real World and Road Rules started going downhill. I would get so mad at everyone on those shows, it was bad for my blood pressure.
