Nothing awful tasting. Wake up and warm water with lemon slices. Green tea with fresh ginger(allowed all day). Smoothies with greens and 1/2 serving fruit( and a tsp coconut oil) and salads with evoo and raw vinegar. I didn't starve, super big salads. I was feeling just a bit puffy and doing this for a few days seems to help.That's fast. Are you saying that a few days of that (awful tasting) detox made you lose quite a few pounds? Either that, or maybe you only had just a few pounds to drop?
