I'm sorry! We had a great meal there, they did an excellent job with my ds' allergies.
I don't believe in forced detox. I believe that you wash out a whole lot of good and needed with the bad. I feel that anytime I go against what my body was designed to do, I feel I am messing with nature. My body was designed to run on proteins, carbs and other essential things, all in balance. For many years I just ate way to much of all that balance and gained a lot of weight. I was designed with teeth to chew with so having nothing but liquid is messing with nature to me. I do consume a lot of liquids but not exclusively. I do not carry around 55 gallon jugs of water to cross the street. Our ancestors used to work in the fields all day and not consume anymore water then we do between breakfast and mid-morning and they worked hard and long and where we sit on chairs most of the day and almost never work up any sweat. That is what clears a lot of the toxins out of our bodies. Instead, we are constantly sipping liquids that we are only expelling through our kidneys and not flushing out the rest of the body. Where does all that water go, well, in my opinion, the body stores it. It also creates additional cells to store it in and then we wonder how come I'm not eating anything and still gaining weight. To me, that might be the answer. To many liquids.
Anyway, sorry for the ramble, and I am not being judgmental concerned everyone individual decisions on what to do to stay healthy. Seriously, I don't want that responsibility, however, I do have my own theory's.
BTW, If anyone wants to really flush out their system, I recommend scheduling a Colonoscopy. Believe me that every bad thing you ever put in your body comes out including that candy bar you ate when you were 12. PLUS, you will lose anywhere between 5 to 8 pounds in one day. I like to call it "time management".
Nice view!Me, too! Just caught up now.
We arrived in Orlando last night to a thunder/lightning storm, so pool was closed when we checked in at Wyndham Bonnet Creek. It was open this morning, but then closed again for about a couple hours due to more storms. The lazy river is smaller than I thought it would be (again with the size perspective discrepancy). Here's a pic from our room, which we got upgraded to because our original room was right next to a maintenance area and doors were slamming constantly, up until 11pm!

Just put the melon in a blender with some rum![]()
What were the green topped pastries?
My friend's son had one of those at his going away party for the military, it was a miracle he made it to basic trainingThis sounds fantastic! I saw a recipe once for booze soaked melon. It basically involved putting some holes in a watermelon and emptying a bottle of vodka into the melon. I never tried it but it sounded interesting.

We used to do that with watermelon. This sounds fantastic! I saw a recipe once for booze soaked melon. It basically involved putting some holes in a watermelon and emptying a bottle of vodka into the melon. I never tried it but it sounded interesting.
I hope these doors open for you, You clearly want to be back where your ancients originated from. Best wishes to you. Don't worry about corresponding, I have a Strong's Concordance, it should answer my questions.I am now well rested and back in Netanya with my relatives. Too much "day" has passed for me to make an exit to return to Jerusalem. Everything is up in the air at this point. Decisions, decisions, decisions! Yikes!
Now, that I actually have a breather, I can talk about what I'm doing in more detail. My appointment with the government Absorption Agency went well. I'm an immigrant here - a hard pill for me to swallow.
I just learned that I have a big check waiting for me in Jerusalem. So, I have to go back there any way for business, as well as for everything else.
My big reason for coming to Israel is to start a business, since Israel is the place to be now for high tech start up companies. The business I am starting will revolve around a technology I created that turns 3D video into near-holographic video (ie Princess Leigh's message to Obi Wan in A New Hope that was delivered to through R2D2).
I spoke to someone at the Ministry of Tourism yesterday about allowing me to install the technology in a 3D theater they have at the beginning of the Hezikia tunnel tour. They are very interested and gave me the contact number of the person who installed the current system.
Granted, these things take time. The company isn't even incorporated yet. So, it's a good idea to get the ball rolling so that when they are ready to act, I will be ready to deliver. Another contact number they gave me was the person who's in charge of financing. My business will be getting a government grant to develop a prototype. I was initially thinking the modifications required for this theater could come out of this grant, but if they want to pay for part of the cost, I'll let them make an offer; and then I will close the deal by offering to cover part of the expense. The company would "win" by this arrangement because it would gain a public demonstration of the technology that I would then be able to refer potential future customers to.
My brain is on business mode. Sorry, it's hard for me to switch back to ancient history mode. I'll post later about the history of the nearly 3,000 year old tunnel. Fascinating stuff, but better told when I'm in that frame of mind.

I'm not sure about our farmer's market, last time I went the apples were full of worms, the tomato's had little flavor and were hard, and the lettuce looked really wilted. Maybe it's the high altitude, I saw a lot of imported stuff too. I can get that at the grocery. I admit it's been a few years, I get better stuff at Sprouts. My farm market is where that happens to me!

I heard that NYSE was down, due to Greece, and China. United had to ground planes, for a while. Something with a jet landing in Hawaii, glad you are back StarWarsGirl95. I have no idea about the Wall Street Journal, unless they had to go back to press to update the world situation! Yes, I worked at a newspaper in the past, we just sent out an updated evening edition, that costs too much today. Just my one penny's worth. I'm sure it's not worth 2 cents, even with inflation! What's going on with the computer systems?United Airlines, Wall Street Journal and NYSE all down this morning.
And I thought it was terrible when WDWMagic went down.
It's after lunch for me, I'm grabbing a golden oreo. Yes, that's a sin, when there are chocolate ones. Hubby brought those home.Mmm cookies!![]()
