I must get some vitamin D, I've never heard of that. I love this thread so much, everyone is understanding, and is helpful. Thanks a bunch. I'm sure my hubby would thank you too, but I can't say too much about my posting. ;):D
Make sure to check with your doctor before taking any vitamins or herbs that might interfere with your meds! Better safe than sorry!

I buy a big jar of Vit. D in gummy form from Walmart. They are quite tasty. It's funny though because I never had the problem of low "D" until I moved to NC. I am now out in the sunshine all the time playing golf and going to grandkids ball games and yet it is lower here then it was in Vermont. Vermont get's about 12 days (exaggeration) of sunshine per year and most of that we are bundled up so heavily against the cold that the sun doesn't get through. I wish there was a way to get Vit. D from the glow of a computer monitor cause I personally would never need another day in the sunshine.

It was nice to have a light phone in my pocket, in my hand it took some getting use to and not drop. I wound up getting a case that has some grip to it, also keeps it from slipping out of my pocket too.

I have a case coming in from Amazon (supposedly tomorrow) it looks grippy and has a little kickstand which will be nice on planes. It is strange holding it in my hand, I feel like I'm going to drop it all the time.

Trip update. We made our fast pass time to toy story mania after Fantasmic. The standby line was actually 40 mins which is pretty low for this attraction. So DW beat my score for the first time! :( My arm go tried at the end. She told me she switched arms before the end so she could switch back to her stronger arm for the last targets. What a cheater!

I do the same thing. I write left handed but shoot right and switch with my left for a short time in between. My left gets tired easily.

I always win.

I don't think you are being cheap. I think you are teaching him the value of money.

And the value of things. The other day at school I was supervising students outside (a little free time...don't call it recess to middle school kids!) and I had kids playing catch with one of the kids iphone 6's. It was actually playing catch, and it was the owner of the phones idea! They didn't see the problem with it at all, because if it broke they said their parents would buy them a new one!!!

I'm so glad you are getting the rain you need. It's rained again today...the weather person today says we have had only 2 days with sun shine in May. We live in a high desert. What's going on here. I've been diagnosed with SAD, seasonal affective disorder. If my posts take a down turn, or sound off. Just ignore, means I need more meds. Doctor says it's common the older you get. Don't produce the serotonin we used to. Usually chocolate helps...but at this stage I'm beyond help.:(;) Really I'm doing okay, but it's beginning to be a struggle. My sleeping pattern is really messed up. But, I'm blackfoot, I'll survive. I hope I didn't take all down the wrong road. It is what it is. Meds help, not 100%. If this post disappears, know hubby was not happy....:cautious:

Wow, chocolate sounds like a great cure! Sorry about the SAD, I get affected by it too. That is why hubby and I usually go somewhere warm in February or March it gives me something to look forward to.

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.

I'm giving you a "like" for sharing the story; not for the content.
Ugh! Just, ugh!
