Second school is closing early to accommodate the curfew.

First school is still asking those who live in the city to please stay on campus.

Meanwhile, seems businesses not affected by the riots are trying to help. One restaurant in the couty is allowing service men and women as well as police officers in uniform to eat for free. Others are organizing cleanups.

I love hearing this. And it just goes to prove my point that there are plenty of good, decent people in Baltimore. The troublemakers always seem to make the headlines, and that is unfortunate.

Hubby likes JetBlue because the seats are roomier, and his knees don't touch his chest.
Also assigned seating and individual tv's are nice.

For $1200 bucks though, he'll have to suck it up. Do you know how many Dooney & Bourke bags that will buy?

I love watching tv on the plane! Jet Blue is my favorite!! It's around a 3-hour direct flight Boston to Orlando, and the tv's really help to pass the time. They also have music channels if you just want to listen to music, too. :)

But I understand your predicament--for $1,200 less, you really have no choice here.

I did the 24 hour check-in from the middle of one of the parks last year ... no issues.
Group B. Same as going down.

I think just about every hotel now has computers that guests can use, to do the 24-hr. airline check-in & print out boarding passes. I've done it at the Swan the past few years; and I recall 2 years ago, I got stuck behind a big family who were trying to do the online check-in for all their tickets. I didn't feel like waiting for them to finish, so I just walked over to the Dolphin and used the airline computers there. Easy peasey.

The best I ever got was on my laptop using Firefox. Worst was my iPod in MK. Since my brother has autism and cannot sit apart from one of us, we don't risk getting a low position. We pay for the A group on the way back. On the way down there, B30 was about the worst we've ever done

Disneyquest doesn't have computers anymore.
You do know you don't have to pay extra and your brother is eligible for free preboarding? My friend's daughter (autistic) needs a window seat. They get a blue preboard pass.

Ha ha ha . . . :hilarious: Nope. When I was about 5-6 years old, the crime I committed was stealing a dress for my doll from a small, local store. I was Public Enemy # 1. I remember that the dress was blue and had pretty ribbons on it; problem was that when I got it home, I felt so guilt-stricken about taking it without paying for it out of my allowance, that I never put it on my doll. I learned at a young age that crime doesn't pay.

P.S.: I assume the statue of limitations has run out so that I can confess my crime now?! :p
Confession is good for the soul. ;)

Southwest doesn't have assigned seating though so if you want your group to sit together, you need to check in right at the 24 hour mark to get the earliest boarding group. Or you can pay extra. I don't.
