Hubby likes JetBlue because the seats are roomier, and his knees don't touch his chest.
Also assigned seating and individual tv's are nice.

For $1200 bucks though, he'll have to suck it up. Do you know how many Dooney & Bourke bags that will buy?
If you get in the A boarding group and get bulkhead seats, he should be fine. Just keep in mind that if you plan on doing that, one carry-on only.

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
Are you using the satellite time on your phone? I set an alarm and hit it as soon as it goes off. Also better to do it from a laptop or desktop instead of a tablet or phone.

Otherwise, it's probably your internet speed.
I've used all four - desktop, laptop, phone and iPad. The slowest ever was from the computers at DisneyQuest.
I'm claiming discrimination based on my being Canadian.

The best I ever got was on my laptop using Firefox. Worst was my iPod in MK. Since my brother has autism and cannot sit apart from one of us, we don't risk getting a low position. We pay for the A group on the way back. On the way down there, B30 was about the worst we've ever done

Disneyquest doesn't have computers anymore.

He has been born! 6lbs 10oz. Little guy as he was due May 9th so a bit early.
I was term and my weight at birth was 6 lbs. 8 oz. I have since made up for that significantly.:in pain:

Politics and religion are two topics that aren't supposed to be discussed on the forums, but without going off on an Anti-American tangent, what's your problem with the National Anthem?
It's tough to dance too!:angelic:

Set to a drinking song.

Very nice poem, but did they have to set it to a drinking song?
How did anyone ever find that out? Only a few people have heard about that, and it really doesn't matter unless you're in a bar when the anthem comes on. The melody is of no consequence, the words are Key (pun intended) to the message it projects.:)

Oh my CAA Travel Agent is NOT happy with me.

I called her, telling her how to re-jig the reservations to finagle the Free Dining.
Apparently, one of the other agents was already on the phone w/Disney this morning. TWO AND A HALF HOURS on hold.

Sorry honey, but all jobs stink sometimes.

That's a significant amount of money saved for you and your family, if you can hook into Free Dining. The wait times on the Disney phone lines are awful, and I sympathize with the TA. However, all jobs have lousey components to them, and it's not like you're asking her for special favors. I assume you've also given them some good business in the past as well, and the TA needs to be gracious about the change, to help you out. It's called customer service, and building up your client portfolio.

Let me guess, it was for streaking. ;)

Ha ha ha . . . :hilarious: Nope. When I was about 5-6 years old, the crime I committed was stealing a dress for my doll from a small, local store. I was Public Enemy # 1. I remember that the dress was blue and had pretty ribbons on it; problem was that when I got it home, I felt so guilt-stricken about taking it without paying for it out of my allowance, that I never put it on my doll. I learned at a young age that crime doesn't pay.

P.S.: I assume the statue of limitations has run out so that I can confess my crime now?! :p

Unless you're flying to Florida, you're not seeing the O's on Sunday. Game moved there.
So for the record, I should not be down in B-More city for a few weeks. Closest I will be is Towson (where Elaine from Seinfeld is from) which is close to the city, but still in the county.

Old boss had to go into the city today. He posted on FB that where he was, other than the armed guard or police officer at every turn, things were normal. He passed a CVS and took a picture. There were a lot of guards around it.

Here in Mississippi the state motto is "are you gonna eat that?" And our state bird is the fried chicken. In my home state of Louisiana the state bird is the mosquito. These facts are 100% true. I wouldn't lie.

On a serious note, since you brought up the Canadian motto I'm gonna take this opportunity to rant (nobody else will listen) about the movement to change the Canadian motto. Canada's motto is A mari usque ad mare (from sea to sea). However, there are many Canadians that would like to see the motto changed to A mari ad mare ad mare (from sea to sea to sea) to insure that northern Canada is represented. Apparently it's a very popular proposal but as someone who has spent a lot of time studying Canadian history I think it is a terrible idea. It shows a complete lack of knowledge as to where Canada's motto actually comes from (am I boring everyone yet?). If Canada's motto is going to be changed to include northern Canada then the motto should be A mari usque ad mare, et a flumine usque ad terminus terrae (from sea to sea, and from the river unto the ends of the earth).

Canada's motto A mari usque ad mare was taken directly from Psalm 72:8 because it was thought to give a perfect description of Canada "He shall have dominion (Canada's title at the time) also from sea to sea (Atlantic to Pacific), and from the river ( the Saint Lawrence River) unto the ends of the earth (the Arctic/North Pole)." So if the motto is going to be changed it needs to respect Canadian history and be in keeping with Psalm 72:8. But I'm not Canadian so I guess that's none of my business. Maybe instead I should give my rant about the US national anthem.

Ha! I've actually spent a lot of time in both Louisiana and Mississippi.

I had cargo ships that came into Baton Rouge that I had to cover every once in a while, it was pretty down that way when it wasn't storming. Plus my DD was seriously considering going to Tulane so we had multiple fun trips to Nola.

Mississippi well I am not as big of fan of the state as I am with Louisiana but flew from Chicago to Memphis and from Memphis to Oxford almost every weekend for many years. Sometimes we'd go from Oxford and spend the weekend in Tupelo riding horses in the vast open areas, very different that the fields up here. I had more problems with the freak'n bees in Mississippi that I did with mosquitoes. :jawdrop:

No one's.

One of my FB friends just posted about what a horrible place Baltimore is. I told him no, it's not, there are areas that are bad and are ruining the entire reputation of the city. Can't believe he had the nerve to post that at this time.

His comment was misguided, and insensitive. Anyone with common sense will assess a bad situation in (any) city, and realize it's not everyone causing the problems. Every city has issues, and sometimes bad things happen.

I'm sure there are amazing places within Baltimore; and in due course, people will still come to visit and enjoy what the city has to offer. Good always prevails over evil.

No O's game again tonight. There's thoughts about how to proceed, possibly moving down to Nats Stadium for the games (Nationals are out of town). That might be interesting if we have to go down there on Sunday.

But the Chicago White Sox will play in an Empty stadium tomorrow. The Sox should do well. They are use to the Cell Stadium being empty for games. ;)
