Sorry, I'm way behind on the thread here, but I had to vent - IT"S SNOWING!

I was driving home from my late class in the rain. Suddenly, I realized that the stuff on the windshield wasn't rain anymore. It was 72 degrees the other day. Also, this is MD. It is too early for snow. December is the earliest normally. Most of it happens in January.

I'm hoping it melts without issue because 1.) my brother is going on a field trip tomorrow. They won't go if they go late at all. And if they don't go, we'll never hear the end of it. And 2.) I'm supposed to get blood work done tomorrow. Nothing severe, but I'd rather do it on my day off and also get the results sooner than later.

DH drove out to his brothers after work to address invitations to his Moms 90th Birthday.

I secretly love that these tasks are finally his.

Oh, it'll take me a day or two - but only because the suitcases are in my office.
If they had been taken down to the basement, we'd be talking the week before Christmas, just so I could wrap it all!

I use to have DH take the suitcases to the basement but now they are plop'd in the living room. That way I am forced to deal.

When I was a Lead Manager at TDS, I never cancelled and re-rang in that event, I just added it (as we were able to do at the time - especially during the Holidays ) as "Managers Special". Yes, I had the power...!!!!!

Gotta hand it to you--the voice of reason about this looney craze for 80% and 90% chocolate bars. They're just not sweet enough, and that kills all the fun. "Foodies" are ruining all the good stuff for us!

Ha! This afternoon I just bought 80% Ghirardelli chocolate chips today. I'm going to make squish triple chocolate brownies soon. I went for the 80% thinking there is already sugar in the batter and I use chocolate syrup in lieu of most of the water......

Either way, I preferred the dark-haired one.

Martin is the dark haired (and cute) one. They are twice a day, five days a week.

Just heard the weather report for Friday morning: forecast is for a dusting, or up to 2 inches of snow!! YEA! I can't wait to wake up tomorrow morning to beautiful snow falling outside! (I've had my winter jackets, mittens, scarves, hats, and boots all ready to go for weeks now.) I'll give you an update in the morning. Stay tuned for exciting developments.

I am completely and totally surprised that so many ladies are not interested in degrees before and after TDC of crankshaft timing, compression ratios, valve lash, back pressure, gear ratios, the difference between turbo and superchargers...
