I hope you have a nice Thanksgiving tomorrow. (Not sure which one of your daughters has Thanksgiving duty, but I know that they both trade off the 2 last holidays of the year.) Enjoy your visit with them and the kids, and eat hearty! :)
Julie (the younger) does Thanksgiving! Amy (the elder) does Christmas Eve! Everyone but me stays home on Christmas. I, on the other hand, do a "eat, give and get" at both. Long day and without a doubt create a very strong don't get anywhere near a weight scale any time soon.
she never knows that I just called her elder. Also just for an idea what "eat, give and get" is made up of, I eat and give more than I should and the get part is somewhat disappointing.;)
Christmas isn't about getting, but it all seems way too lopsided. ;):)
Long suffering, underappreciated parent.
In spite of how it seems, I really feel blessed to be around this long and still have both of them talking to me. Nothing short of a miracle!

Anyone that drives a Nissan or plans to buy a Nissan , the company may not survive in 12-14 months unless a buyer comes in to save the company. Profits are down 85% in Japan's Q2 of 24'.

I know what you mean. I'm only just turning 12.5

In dog years.
I guess I'm going to have to show you a lot more respect now that I know you are older than me. However, you are pretty close to the age where you can no longer be called a whippersnapper. One more trip around the sun and there probably won't be much whip left in the snapper.

Now that Thanksgiving is over it's time for Christmas decorations. My buddy bought an 8-9 foot tree asked him how much $250 dollars OMG. Got on line and looked at the big box store prices ridiculous 6' tree 90 bucks. what are other areas paying I'm in coastal SC. Artificial is looking better all the time

We get about a 5-6 foot pine tree, and the prices are usually in the $35-40 range. (The place we go owns its own tree farm up in Nova Scotia, so that might be why our prices are a bit lower than some other sellers.)
