I hope you have a nice Thanksgiving tomorrow. (Not sure which one of your daughters has Thanksgiving duty, but I know that they both trade off the 2 last holidays of the year.) Enjoy your visit with them and the kids, and eat hearty!

Julie (the younger) does Thanksgiving! Amy (the elder) does Christmas Eve! Everyone but me stays home on Christmas. I, on the other hand, do a "eat, give and get" at both. Long day and without a doubt create a very strong don't get anywhere near a weight scale any time soon.

Now that Thanksgiving is over it's time for Christmas decorations. My buddy bought an 8-9 foot tree asked him how much $250 dollars OMG. Got on line and looked at the big box store prices ridiculous 6' tree 90 bucks. what are other areas paying I'm in coastal SC. Artificial is looking better all the time

We get about a 5-6 foot pine tree, and the prices are usually in the $35-40 range. (The place we go owns its own tree farm up in Nova Scotia, so that might be why our prices are a bit lower than some other sellers.)
