Hey, sometimes it's nice to take the scenic route.Why the post office struggles...the mystery...
I had a package that was supposed to arrive yesterday. It went to the sorting center down by the airport and then was at my local post office yesterday.
Somehow, it ended up at a post office in a neighboring zip code, then ended up down in the city, then ended up back in the sorting center by the airport, and is now back at my local post office and out for delivery today.

Escalator malfunction at Brewers' park injures 11
Eleven people were injured after an escalator at the Milwaukee Brewers' American Family Field malfunctioned, resulting in "an increased downward speed."
The escalator issue mentioned is not the only thing that had issues since American Family Field opened and got 545 millions dollars worth of improvements approved last November.

July is not summer in South America, New Zealand, Australia, and South Africa. Its Winter in those places. South America is getting more snow than normal based on what I read.
I hope Bolivia is getting some of that. When I visited the highest altitude city on the planet, La Paz after a few days of getting acclimated chewing coca , our guides drove us up in 4WD in cliff roads to nearby 18K ft Cerro Chacaltaya which used to be the highest operational ski resort in the world until most the snow melted off. Would be nice if the mountain got snow.

I wouldn't be out of town on the 4th. I'm having burgers on George Foreman Grill.Per AAA, an anticipated 71 million Americans are expected to travel via car for the 4th of July vacation period (which starts today through the Sunday following, the 4th)! Also, air travel is supposed to be very busy as well. (Thinking maybe a "staycation" is for us!

I can't travel anywhere during the first week of the month because that's accounting for ya.Per AAA, an anticipated 71 million Americans are expected to travel via car for the 4th of July vacation period (which starts today through the Sunday following, the 4th)! Also, air travel is supposed to be very busy as well. (Thinking maybe a "staycation" is for us!

But fortunately, a higher up in our department decided they wanted to take vacation this week, so they gave us all Friday off even though it's not a company holiday. So four day weekend, yay!

There's honestly nothing they can do for it except give painkillers cause the last time it happened, I was told it wasnt rebroken. I still have the walking boot from a few years ago so Ive been using it.
