My golden retriever used to do this all 70 lbs of her and watch TV with me unfortunately she is no longer with usSame here , I wake up before dawn on my work day or on my days off from work. Even on vacation away from home at WDW I wake up at the same time. The hotel gym is 24/7 or a nice walk around the resort to get the blood flowing.

Just like my buddy from Mexico that puts hot sauce on his food items breakfast lunch and dinner the other guy I know from Baltimore puts that Old Bay stuff on many of his food items for flavor. Apparently that Old Bay is not only for crabs. That stuff is basically celery salt with some spices and color.
