My wife used to make terrific Yorkshire Pudding whenever we had roast beef. It always was, for lack of a better word all puffy and crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. Leave it to the British to call what is a pastry, pudding. Seriously?? It has a high degree of difficulty to make it properly. My Daughter and Son In Law make what they call Yorkshire Pudding, but it is flat and seems like uncooked dough. They use my wifes old recipe, but she must have left something out cause it just isn't the same. I've watched them and the process seems to be the same, but it never comes out like it should.
