Hubs and I arrived at WDW yesterday afternoon and our room was not ready. To kill some time we went to the Poly and grabbed drinks at the pool bar. There were no seats so we took our drinks to the dock intending to enjoy them on a bench there.

As we walked toward the bench we heard a shout: “Oh my goodness, it’s Tuvalu and Woody!”

It was EpcotisBest! He’s doing well (as is his wife who took our picture). He doesn’t participate on the forums any longer.

@Tuvalu what a pleasure to meet you two yesterday. I feel quite blessed to have met y’all in person. I regret there was not time for proper introductions or meaningful conversation. I was so flabbergasted to actually run into you, and the boat was pulling in at the same time. Wish we had skipped it and stuck around until the next boat, but it probably would have been rude to interfere with your quiet time anyway.
A real honor to meet you in person. That brief encounter honestly will be the highlight of this trip, and this trip includes resort hopping, dole whips, gingerbread houses, Beaches and Cream, Topolino‘s Terrace and the incredible views from up there, Christmas decorations, and a bite of LaDon’s PB&J cake slice from Gideons! Thank you for taking the time for photographs and the friendly hello. And, thank you for saying hello to the gang for me.

The pleasure was mine! It would have been absolutely fine had you and the Mrs. stayed to chat with us.

I will be likely feeling something similar on Saturday with bald spot on head.

Mom is going out to eat for dinner at Supper club on Saturday for Birthday dinner since the place would be closed on her birthday. The weather outside would be 27 degrees as a high, but 13 as a low.

That birthday dinner is 5 at night and dinners at that place take over an 1 hour meaning it would be getting colder out there. The place has advanced reservations 1 to 2 weeks ahead of time.

I was soo happy to hear that you guys are well! I’ve missed trading grilling recipes with you. Tell the Mrs I said hello.
We were down there just last week. I bet we passed each other in some park!
