I like your multi-meal cooking method. Broccoli is sort of o.k., but please -- no peas!!!When I used Hamburger Helper I wait until there is only about 10 minutes left and then add about a cup of frozen peas or a handful of broccoli to the pot. That way the proteins, carbs and veggies are combine. Since I live alone one Helper production will be good for three to four meals. I use the left overs for easy meal prep. 2.5 minutes in the microwave and like magic another meal. If I'm not going to use it all up quickly, then I pop one or two in containers in the freezer and have them another time (just takes a couple of extra minutes in the microwave.
