Southwest flight tomorrow is 7AM. Coincidentally, I woke up at 7:02AM today for check-in. Got boarding A-57, not too bad for two minutes late!

Taking my time a little bit, should get to work around 8:15, almost 3 hours to work before opening, and help comes in at 9:30.

Haircut at noon with my new business neighbor lol. Gotta start laundry before I leave so I can pack this afternoon.

Is it crazy/suspicious to bring an extra, empty suitcase? When I go to these things, I inevitably get "gifts" - mostly records. Like bags and bags of them. That's why I'm flying Southwest - 2 checked bags at no charge. I'm bringing and extra suitcase just to bring those records home. (The past two years, I ended up throwing clothes away to fit them and make weight LOL.)

Maybe I'll just split my clothes between them on the way out to NOLA.

Staying at the Hotel Monteleone, where I can sit at the spinning Carousel Bar and enjoy a Vieux Carre immediately after check-in. With a little cup of gumbo. Whee!

Pack the smallest bag, and then put full bag inside the empty bag..that way you are checking one on the way there, and 2 on the way back.

Of course this only works if the bags are different sizes. Otherwise just spread your stuff out into both.

We still have a ways to go. I’m trying to get some signage printed before flying out in the morning (including for the crates.)

While I’m away, they’ll keep organizing, filling, receiving orders, etc.

But for now, the baby is birthed lol.
It looks amazing! I hope records go flying off the shelves while you are gone, paid for of course.;)

I think I have stated that I am not much of a movie fan, I don't have the patience to sit through a full movie, but the other night in a massive fit of boredom I watched a movie that is a few years old now called "Bucket List", starring Morgan Freeman and Jack Nicholson. It's about two terminally ill cancer patients who decide to accomplish what is left of their bucket lists. Nothing about it is a realistic look at what having Terminal Cancer is really like, but, the acting made it believable for me. It didn't have a very happy ending, but basically my focus was on the acting by the two main characters. It kept me glued to the couch watching it.

OK, so no particular reason to have posted this. There is no moral to be taught and nothing but entertainment. I guess my age drew me to it more then anything else.

@figmentfan423 , what kind of deer like to visit your backyard? The other morning I was walking along a path in some nature trails in my area, and I saw a deer (never saw deer there before, although I heard they were around). Then I saw a second one. They were tall (from a distance, at first I thought they were moose), but as I got closer, I could see they were deer. I looked up their size and markings, and they were white-tailed deer. :)

Yep, tons of white-tailed deer here, too...!!! :)
