Went down to the craft fair. The farmer’s market was open and we got some veggies from an organic vender. Other than that, we got nothing. I did get some pictures from a waterfall and wheel that are in the downtown area.

My sleep issue is if I stay up late, like 11 (which rarely happens anymore), and I don't need to get up early, I will still get up by the crack of dawn.

There’s a funny cartoon regarding the last part of your sentence, but, my filter prohibits me from posting it...!!!!!

I could have been the one to have posted that. I try not to go to bed before 11pm. I am awake at 4:30, 5 or 5:30. Try as I might I can't go back to sleep again. Today my Grandson had asked me to play golf with him today. I like to get up early and get out there before the heat and humidity sets in for the day. I set my alarm (as a precaution) for 5:30am and the alarm woke me up. Then I sat there on the edge of the bed for 5 more minutes with my head bobbing up and down as I tried to wake up. I wanted so bad to just lie back down.

I’ve posted this before, but, DWifey and I haven’t set an alarm in years. We both start stirrin’ well before we need to be up.
We’re both in bed by about 10, but, she tends to go to sleep around 10:30-ish or so, whereas I usually don’t get to sleep ‘til well after midnight, workday or not.

It's totally true.. you can see the new menu on all ears .net They took away the braised pork and now have braised chicken, and took away the green beans and have something called canellini bean cassoulet. and more.

Temperature outside at 2:30 PM: 95. and "feels like" temperature is 111 ??!!!!

No long walks for Jack today -- we were concerned that his paws might get singed on the hot concrete outdoors. Plus, he looked out the front door, paused, turned around and went back to his bed for another nap.
