I’m sooo burnt, horrible farmers burn
!!! I lathered up the boys with sunscreen continually, but didn’t do as well for myself.
We were down there from 7:50am (to make sure we got a table), to 3pm. Walked to a park downtown after the Women’s World Cup festivities. It was such a great day, even Brazil winning the Copa couldn’t put a dent in our excitement!!! Now if the men’s team can win tonight, that will be the icing on the cake. We’re watching that from home though.

OK, so those things are probably, at least, twice as hard to swallow as a regular, fresh, soft, whitebread hot dog bun
. So, I’m pretty sure “The Commitee”, and Chestnut, would make a provision for your boys to compete...now, we all fully expect you to, next year, put your money where your boys mouths are...!!!!!!!!!!!

No grilling for us yesterday. We had some severe thunderstorms with very heavy downpours. We lost power late yesterday afternoon, and it came on fairly quickly affterwards -- but, we had a surge when that happened and it blew out the server that hubs has to the computers here. Late last night, he found an old power supply from an old computer in his junk pile in the basement (he loves his junk piles . . .
Yay...!!!!!!!
And yay for hubs...sometimes there’s a good reason why us silly dudes hang on to some ol’ “junk” (my pop, at 86+, still has a garage-full
)...!!!!!

Yep, DWifey and I haven’t set an alarm in years. One, or the other, or both of us stirs witnin’ about 15 mins. before the time we kinda’ need to be up (even on the weekends - although on the weekends we can, generally, go back to sleep for a bit after a pup pit stop
), and we’re good...!!!

Yea, I kept up with all of it up until about 15 or so years ago. But, it all just became too much of a drag for me.
