Well the ac guy just left. Apparently we need a whole new unit for the downstairs. $7-8k in total. Thank goodness we paid for American Home Shield. Hopefully we will not have to pay anything but the $100 service call. It may take a couple of weeks to fix, but I don’t care. Upstairs still works. The downstairs unit is over 15 years old.

Will be following your progress. I don't know anyone who has used AHS,, so I'm curious to see if it works out well for you. I've been seeing their ads recently on TV. Have you also used them for kitchen appliances?

Thanks for the notice. We never give Jack anything like rawhide or ears, etc. (Per our vet) this is more so due to the possibility of a choking hazard, or a piece getting stuck in their body somewhere, causing medical issues. I can't believe they still sell these things. :banghead:

We haven't ever fed any of our dogs that kind of stuff either. And with these they are saying on our news that humans should wash their hands after touching dogs treats (I think it is referring to the rawhides and ears) and store them in an area away from human food. And I'm thinking if I have to go through those safety procedures for my dog's treats do I really want to feed them that? If it is unsafe for me it would be unsafe for my dog, right? That being said I'm very particular on what my dog eats, I really think her diet is more healthy than mine. :D
