This is the main reason I refuse to fly American...

United allows preboarding for allergic passengers and can inform those around them not to open packs of peanuts. Oh, and I'll have to request any flowered leis be put away in baggage for rows around me as well. You're supposed to put the leis into the ocean when you leave because it signals you'll be back...if you bring them with you, you're signalling you're leaving forever, but I found out the hard way that a lot of people leave them out. American definitely wouldn't accommodate.

Routes are definitely different in the US, but I've been to a lot of different airports within the US (BWI, Washington Dulles, Honolulu, Orlando MCO, Atlanta, Charleston SC, Minneapolis St. Paul, San Diego, LAX, Denver, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, and Albuquerque). But since BWI is my home airport, I usually base my plans on that airport. Southwest is the largest...it's a hub for them. The other airlines are usually more expensive and might not have the route, so it's usually automatic for me.

For the life of me I don't know what it is with nuts and airlines that they won't just let it go! There are so many humans with nut allergies. Why some airlines continue to serve nuts aboard a tube miles and countless miles in the air! What the mindset is that serving nuts is a great choice is beyond me. My family does not have any nut allergies however I certainly don't have any desire to witness anyone go into distress or pass away for 2 ounces of coveted airline nuts. My brain just says STOP it, it is a very bad choice. I really don't understand why this tradition continues.

I'm going to use your method for news..

Good news: I'm almost completely healthy for my trip, tomorrow I'm leaving and my interview is on friday. (my buttchecks will be sore for a bit.. but worth it I guess).
Bad news: My boss just called me to fix a few things and do a few changes on the sites. And then told us that they are almost bankrupted. So my "job hunting opportunity" transformed into a "do or die" job hunt. To resume, they said I would get paid 1 month more of full salary when im going to be completely cut off.
Which is horrible news.
Might have to consolidate my debt into a single entity again.

Bag is almost ready, going to do a last minute backup tomorrow of my email program just in case. and off ill go!

Cesar, glad to hear that you're feeling much better now. And your job interview has taken on even more importance, in light of your current job. So I wish you the very best of luck, and praying you will get the position you want.

Good news....it's warm enough to rain and it is raining
Bad news: the ground is frozen, there is so much snow on the ground, the rain melts the snow but that now makes more liquid water, drains are frozen over with snow so there is nowhere for the water to go....my area is in a flood warning through Thursday or longer, it is supposed to rain until Thursday. But the temperature might drop tomorrow night so it might turn to ice.

Stay safe my friend
I suggest a move;) Maybe the Dapper Dans are hiring

Corn or potato chips would be a better choice. I would say fresh fruit or veggies, but that would probably be too expensive.

hu.. why is WIFI costing you that much?
WIFI should come free by standard internet.
You set up an access point and voyla..
I said WiFi because that is all I use for the internet at home. I don't have a landline and my internet is fibre broadband as that is the only option in my building, also only one provider. The company that installed the fibre in my neighbourhood has a monopoly for a few more years so the price is quite high. I cancelled it but feeling a bit unsure about it...

I'll take the ice and snow over the gales we have had.
That is pretty bad. The only thing that would be worse would be ice and winds of that speed. Oh wait, we had that in Chicago this winter. And frost quakes, and polar vortex and bomb cyclone. Why does the Windy City have to be such an over achiever?
