My Mom has a laptop but only downloads pictures from her camera. She doesn’t know how to use the Internet. She has no interest to learn.

The internet, to me anyway, is indispensable at this point. It makes the entire 1975 World Book Encyclopedia set my parents purchased (and still have - that was probably already, at the very least, 1 yr. obsolete when we received it ) look like a dental hygiene pamphlet...!!!!!
Although, of course ya' gotta' be careful about what ya' read, but, I'm pretty sure even those WBE volumes weren't 100% accurate, either...!!!

Can someone explain to me why Takata is still in business? (beside the fact that they are a monopoly). Honda has to recall 1 million cars because the replacement airbags were defective.

What's the deal with gasoline prices?
My local Wawa gas station is charging $2.55 for regular this morning

I think ours are around $2.56. Each (or most) states tax their gas, so that drives it up. MA is 2.25%. Also, I believe we pay more up here, because of the cost of transporting it. Texas is usually way lower than we are,

I am waiting for a sunny 70 degree day so I can do a nice Spring cleaning. I do not see that type of weather in the forecast. It is supposed to get to 70 Friday but: 1. It will rain. 2. I am guessing it will not reach 70.

Makes sense. I have a miniature schnauzer, which is bigger than the dog in the picture and I've worried about her at times. Once she and I were on a walk and I noticed a bald eagle circling in the sky above us, it made me a little nervous as there didn't seem to be anything else around. So I started waving my arms (I thought it might makes us look more imposing) and the eagle did move off after about a minute or us, so whether or not the eagle was after my dog I don't know for sure but it was a strange walk. I sure didn't want to fight an eagle for my dog.
