Ultimately school was cancelled today, I was wrong on why we had the two hour delay. It wasn't flooding just icy roads. Almost every school around us ended up cancelling. Our school actually had sent out buses but ended up returning students home when the drivers saw how bad it was. There is more rain scheduled for tonight, so I guess we'll see what happens tomorrow. So far this quarter there has been only 1 full week of school and that was last week. :oops:

Oh well, it is nice to be home and snuggle with the dog. I even did some yoga, which of course the dog didn't like. She barked at me for about half of it so it wasn't as relaxing as I'd hoped it would be. 😄

What a crazy semester you have had. You should watch Yoga with Adriene on youtube. Her pup Benji is in a lot of the videos. Very interesting looking dog.

I'm thinking that is all it is, unless someone can tell my what is better about it other than how it was scooped up. To me it doesn't seem a lot different then scooping it out with a regular scoop instead of a tablespoon. It doesn't change the flavor. Color me confused.

It looks like they use a spatula to roll it up a counter or cookie sheet. Just a gimmick of course. I don’t know if the texture has to be different than regular scooped to do that. It is probably more work to prepare than regualr scooped so maybe it costs more.
