I'm sure it does take RAGU a while to do that...yet, that's why I pay them the big bucks 😂😂View attachment 355805
See I could judge choosing Ragu but I’ll give you kudos for making your family a meal. It is a quick meal vs fast food.

My son has limited time for prep of dinners too. My hint to him when using jarred sauces is to add a few things to it in under 60 seconds when he is under a time crunch to add a some texture and flavor.

All of these items are available at Walmart. What isn’t used goes back in freezer for a different meal. $1 to $1.25 each. My opinion if using dried Italian seasoning Aldo has the best blend. For one jar of Ragu I’d use about a half bag of frozen veggies, one can of the tomatoes, 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning and a tablespoon of garlic (I love garlic) Doctoring sauces really helps bringing in them to the next level. Man child will also add Italian sausage at times too. Also frozen and precooked. These short cuts help him stay away from fast food.

And his favorite side for his Italian dishes frozen Coles garlic toast. It is presliced and he can take out a few slices wrap and toss in oven.

I know he does thi sauce above for ravioli, spagetti, chicken parmigiana, and baked Mostaccioli and dumps a little cheese on top when hot.

Let's see over the past 14 or so years, chocolate, marinara, ice pops, blueberries, general kid goop. It looks much better after a good steam and press. I'll get to that pile tomorrow. BTW self drafted pattern and everything it was made out of was on sale pus coupon so every time I look at VB I get stink eye:(

I’d show him his hardware store collection and buy the Vera. My airline pillow with matching blanket combo was $12 at the outlet vs mall store $40.

I have no idea what to do. Each one is 20-30 minutes drive time from the other.
How the hell is your kid supposed to attend these? they are all almost at the same times.. they all overlap! D:

DH says there's no reason for me to buy Vera Bradley:brb::banghead::eek::cautious:
I think liking it is a reason. Everyone has things they don't necessarily need, but love anyway. I'm sure he has something similar....how about grilling tools? People can get by with basics, but they get the more expensive things because they love them or they are handy. Just because someone else doesn't use a particular thing doesn't mean it's useless.

Drop 2, keep 1. (I'm sure he will have homework as well, so he'll be plenty busy for a school night.) Just my 2 cents here. ;)
