I can't really say too much. I just have to deal with them as a vendor, and they are really annoying. Like, duplicating invoices, making contracts really complicated...but the system is okay. Pretty reliable actually. The only issue is that so few in my department know how to use it. Recently I've been creating how to guides for it to make people self-sufficient.

That blanket is beautiful. My Mom shares that love. She makes blankets for Graduations, Births and Weddings for family and extended. Her Mom made me one just a few years before she passed. Me I can paint and craft well along with being a pretty good seamstress but knitting’s not so much.

I saw it at a rural craft show. Her work was very precise. Each Pom perfectly trimmed. So I’m trying to duplicate.

It looks nice. I do know a little about craft items and Christmas Wreaths since my mom used to have a booth at a craft fair. One of the items my Mom used to sell was My Christmas wreaths, but it was the floral design style.

My mom does floral design as a hobby and only did one craft fair a year before this year. My mom used to be at a November holiday craft fair before Thanksgiving. The place she sold her stuff decided to not to have a craft fair this year. People wanted my mom to do my craft fairs a year, but refused. My mom only did one craft a fair a year due to her medical condition. She has fibromyalgia and it does affect her despite taking medication.

After my younger brother graduated in high school, my mom decided to take floral design classes at a technical college. That is how my mom got into floral design.

1-3 inches changing to ice. Worst part of bad weather for is that dh may have to close his office tomorrow because of the weather. No work=no money for Disney.

Snow to ice isn't near as much of a problem as ice to snow. Get that ice layer on the bottom and you have a real adventure on the highway.

Uhhh he is supposed to be off Friday but.... you know how that goes. If this ice comes, they may send him elsewhere.

Can't like that. The only good thing is that if they send him elsewhere, people in that area will be very happy to see him.

They seem to like what I want to offer and want to meet..
But the problem is, they might now know that I do not have a work permit yet.
(which requires a job offer in the first place).

Well, if they know you're from Mexico, I'd assume they would have taken the work permit requirement into consideration. Sounds like they really want to discuss the job with you.

They will love you for that. Our IT guys are always doing similar things and often creating screen shots to help people understand some programs. We all love it when they do that.

I'm probably too late for your dinner, but if my chilli gets a little spicy I add a dollop of sour cream to the top of my bowl.

Thanks. I will remember that the next time. I added some milk and ketchup since it’s sweet. Didn’t help. It was still hot. Not adding Rotel diced tomatoes and chili’s any more to my chili-just plain tomatoes .

Ones of these days I'm going to measure out everything and write a cookbook. In an large pot: 2 chopped onions, half head of garlic, coriander, cumin, sage, cardamom, small bit of fresh ginger, 1 avocado, about a gallon of broccoli stems, about a quart of chopped green squash, a couple of chopped carrots, cover with water, cook until mushy and then blend. Serve topped with seeds of your choice

When I make chili, I don't use any hot peppers. I measure out some McCormick chili powder and cumin and that gives it a great taste, but not fire food.
