Yup frozen beans, as good fresh ones are harder to find this time of year. I'm surprised you think chopping mushrooms and onions, crushing garlic and making a roux are easy.:eek:

O.k. You lost me there with the last sentence. Whatever the heck all that is, it's not in my recipe. I use the one on the back of the French's onions can, and you use (I think it's cream of mushroom soup--haven't made this in a year), etc.
