I should have kept reading.

In the last few weeks I've missed so many pages, double digits at a time. Tried to keep track of where I left off and like today at least 20 pages off and then at least that last week.

I have had those 'I should have kept reading moments too often lately.

She graduated from hair-cutting and cosmetology school a few years before I met her.
She only does it part-time, on the side now, because as a single parent she had to have a reliable, steady income and haircutting was too up and down. She has had her current office job for approx. 12 years.

So, short answer ... yes. And no.

Today was a good day with my kid. The weather was good so we got to go out to the park. It's been a while since the weather has been so crappy. So she went crazy! We also walked around the neighborhood where she insisted on say hi and bye to everyone we passed. But she was an angel so when we got home I let her pick her own movie to watch. She looked at the selection, reached for Frozen for a moment, I cringed, then she pulled her hand away and pulled out Peter Pan, which made me yell hallelujah!

Are you talking The Garden Grove at the Swan? We dined there on bbq night a few years ago and it was good. We were one of the first dinner reservations and it wasn't very crowded at the time so Pluto and Goofy got to visit twice. We had set a goal to dine at every character meal on property and the Garden Grove was the last one we had to do. The characters change on certain nights so you may have someone different when you go.

Yes this is the the Grove I'm talking about. So it's unclear to me online, is it a buffet every night? It seemed to be a different buffet every night but you can also order entrees?

Yes, our Nanny State Liberal Premier has decided that weed killer is bad - banned; pit bulls are bad - banned; smoking in your car with occupants under the age of 12, bad - banned; buying beer or liquor anywhere but the Beer Store or gov't owned LCBO, bad - still banned; smoking, bad (obviously) - all advertising, marketing, promotion - banned. (In fact, any store that has a pharmacy is prohibited from selling tobacco products from the same building, and for all other retailers, products must be kept behind roll-down covers.)

Nanny State. These guys think we are too stupid to think for ourselves, and that we can't be trusted to make wise decisions.

I still think the pitbull ban is one of the most stupid bans ever.
Because pitbulls have been reported to be NOT violent. the owners are the ones WHO turn them violent.
hell, if I remember correctly.. french poddles are more violent than Pitbulls.
I remember they also used the excuse of "the bite of the pitbull is the strongest", which I read is BS as well.

Nope, neither would we. It's expensive enough as it is to fly.

Our neighbors left today for Hawaii. They are flying first class, but used frequent flyer miles to upgrade.

The plane that we'll fly back on from Honolulu is a double decker. The upper deck has beds. Boy would that be nice.

I'm not sure many planes have beds..
In my mind I instantly think of Emirates or JAL airlines.

a "nice guy" is someone who tries to be WAY TOO NICE to women to get sexual favours back lol.
they are the usual ones who complain "I was a nice guy!" when they get friendzoned after they tried to make their move.
