Poor James has a super long day in addition to his regular classes his Japanese class meets live online today and he has to go outside to observe the moon tonight. No chores for him today and his brother will be ticked off. Popcorn and zevia should solve some of that:rolleyes:

Wow, what a great language to take, Props to James on tackling Japanese!! That must be difficult.

Sorry, I don't speak the Kings Queens English so what in the pluperfect hell does "pop" mean in this context? Did it explode? Did it make weird noises? Did it fall over dead? And if it did, how would you know if a tree was dead? Did it go toward the light(s)?
It was a pre-lit tree and when i switched it on it went to join the choir invisible. the light flashed once and then went out permanent. It has one of those stupid un-openable plugs so can't even check a fuse.

too late for the 900 million prize after taxes
I'm surprised about there only being one ticket having all the numbers. I just hope that person is wise in terms of handling it.

If it was me having that ticket, not coming forward right away would be part of my first step after winning. The other part of the first step don't mention it on social media, or message boards. The media right now would be looking at this as major headline story. If you wait, there is less of a chance being a headline story.

I think getting legal advice needs to be a 2nd step.

Well, why didn't you just say so... that does indeed make more sense. Just for continuation, I have never heard of an openable plug. Is that also uniquely British? Did you keep your receipt? One of the things I love about Great Britain they always charge by the pound (sterling). ;)

He is #2 in braces. Oldest dd finished up in the early summer, and then he started. Number 3 will probably start next year. :banghead:

I made the cauliflower soup this afternoon. I made some adjustments because I didn't have all the ingredients for the chutney. I just added the apples, a teaspoon of dijon, and a pinch of cinnamon to the soup. Then I pureed a good bit of it. I used almonds instead of cashews also. I added a pinch of cayenne, and a little salt when I put it in a soup bowl. I don't cook with salt much. In any case, it was delicious!:hungry: Recipe link again. https://www.drfuhrman.com/recipes/1...E_cd8s4mOoxxnsMC8ecc8uQoWh9-4A&_hsmi=66536762
