Looks delish! Very similiar to what I make with ground chicken (no beef for me). I also add chopped bell pepper and MUST have pickles on the sandwich. I use just maynaze and dijon mustard. I'm going to have to try your recipe (with ground chicken). When you say "cream" is that the canned table cream I see in the grocery? And FYI Pan Molido=bread crumbs. Try Panko crumbs for a crunchier texture. (Panko is just a coarser bread crumb).
cream as in sweet *(not acid) table cream.
I think you can use the famous Lyncott cream for it as well.
The cream I use is pretty neutral flavoured ( Crema Lala)

for the Salsa

  • 2 big spoons of Mayonnaise (McCormick preferred )
  • 2 big spoons of sweet cream.
  • garlic salt *
  • ground pepper (black) *
  • Tajin picante (ground chile) *
  • Fine chopped onion (1/8 of a small onion )
  • 1/8 cup of Jalapeño Juice (the juice that preserves the Jalapeño slices inside the cans, usually called "Escabeche")
  • Squirt of Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of McCormick or French's Mustard.

I use this for replacement of the individual mayonaise, cream and mustard.

I then just add a little Ketchup and I'm good to go!

I also use this salsa for my hotdogs.

Are you sure you weren't staying in an aquarium? I checked out the Naked Juice website and they do not even have anything identified as Kale Juice. Were you under heavy medication at the time? ;) Could the whole experience be nothing but a bad dream? :jawdrop::happy:
There is a Naked juice named "Kale Blazer"
ETA: forgot the pic.

HAH, are you of german heritage?
I have an uncle who comes from germany and emigrated to the US.
and he is exactly the same.
HE NEVER MIXES flavors, foor.. anything.
everything separate!

My Grandmother's side of the family is half German. My Great-great-grandmother's maiden name was Braun. Supposedly she was related to Eva Braun but I don't know if that's actually true.

That would be me as well...one thing at a time. Not touching. Ever.

I have extended relatives who are the same way. My great aunt will not eat soup because ingredients are mixed. She too eats one thing at a time. My great grandfather ate things counterclockwise around his plate.

I don't have any relatives like that. They all think the way I eat is Crazy. My Grandfather mixes everything. It's really gross.

The very first time I ever had hush puppies, was about 5 years ago in North Carolina. My brother lives in an area that's well known for it's barbecue. Had the most delicious barbecued chicken of my life there. Then I tried the hush puppies and thought they were these doughy bland things. it was a really good restaurant we went to, so I'm sure they knew how to make hush puppies, but I didn't care for them. Is there more than one way to make them? Sounds like you've had "good" ones and I'm trying to figure out what made them good.

I've only had hush puppies I actually liked once. It's at a catfish restaurant in the town I live in. They just have a different flavor and they're not hard. But I'd rather have some good corn fritters. :hungry:

I can't have cake and ice cream together in the same plate. They have to be separate or eaten after the other in the same plate.

Salad has to be in a bowl. And separate.

No food may touch, well, they can but they can't be together in one big mashed mess. However, the only way I eat spinach is if it's mixed with something.

If I have food on my plate that's touching I have to leave the edges that touch and eat everything else.

It was pretty good. Lettuce is pretty meh! this time of year, but those were the best bacon "bits" I've ever had. Did not touch the croutons! Obviously!

My corn bread:

Despite the fact that I've never met a hunk of cornbread I didn't like, these remain, as always, right up there at the top!

Hubby ordered wings:

I ordered a ton of food. 1/2 rack of ribs, pulled pork, 2 Southern fried chicken . I swapped out the usual beans for coleslaw, and had smashed w/gravy.

And another view:

Best mashed potatoes I have ever had. I kid you not. Usually I order sweet potato fries here. Never again.

I ate every forkful (of the potatoes) and may have finger-licked the bowl. (Evidence to follow.)

Okay, okay, I cheated. These might be mine too: :angelic:

Hubby says to tell you he COULD have finished his wings ...

... but chose to finish this instead:

So, yay! Leftovers. My favourite. Unless Son #1 gets to them first. :(
