On another note.. this is our one and only weekend without any soccer games (4 next weekend).. most people are going out of town.. I actually decided we could Cedar Point Sat-Sun and only get FL+ on Sunday (much cheaper).., so I went to book it earlier, and realized that Sandusky has a forecast of thunderstorms all weekend.

So frustrated with all of this.

Sorry about the thunderstorms. Maybe with all you have going on this is a sign to just have a relaxing weekend at home?

Great name! And it was so nice to read that your parents were there and so excited to meet the little one. Make sure you get a good four generations picture at your next family gathering, that will be something little Emory will enjoy showing her children someday.

DD and SonIL had a whole load of friends (many who have also recently started their own families) showin’ up tonight, so it was time for us to let them do their thang...!!!
They have so very many good friends, and it’s so heartwarming to see...!!!!!

A little late in the day to be sharing but I was able to start my day with a special coffee today. A colleague surprised me with a mocha this morning. So I was able to enjoy it as I finished some grading before classes started. The mocha was a real treat as I don’t drink them much anymore because of the sugars and she wouldn’t let me pay her for it.

Yes we will, and as invited...!
And yes, that beautiful child indeed will have plenty of playmates , as do all their friends kiddos!!! But, somethin’ tells me they’ll all be up a bit too late...but, they’re all responsible adults and will be perfectly fine. We all love each other so very much as a family, but, they also have the very most wonderful group of friends that anyone could ever have also, as it should be...!!!!!!!!
Bottom line, they are 2 beautiful people to everybody that knows and loves them, and they will always be fine...!!!!!!!

I might be broken because that's not where my head went at all I read that as Dingle Berries and though WHO WOULD MAKE A JUICE OUT OF THOSE?!?!?!

My Dear Aunt, the one that I was closest to out of her 12 siblings used the phrase Dingle Berries frequently. Always referring to those items of anatomy known as 'man land.' She passed at 91 in July at the same time and day as her youngest brother back in July.

Thank you for bring back a very funny and humorous side of my Aunt. Made me smile and laugh and I needed a laugh today on so many levels.
