1. Disabled has nothing to do with it. Unless you are walking in a cage you are open to have someone looking the other way run into your arm or someplace causing spills. Or maybe you are even attracted away from walking and drinking at the same time and trip or misstep causing your balance reflexes to kick into action.I never really use straws either but I had ice coffee and the straw cut in half.
1. If your disabled or your one of those people who can't walk and drink at the same time.
2. They also use wayyyyy too much ice.
2. Always a matter of opinion. I don't think they ever put enough ice in things. I drink Ice Tea almost constantly and they never put enough ice in it. Tea like coffee is made up of mostly water, probably 99+% water, a little more will not harm anything and will make it truly cold and refreshing. My Vietnam experience even has me putting ice in beer. I hate warm beer.
