So far, just rain and a few more heavy gusts of wind. Not constant. I won't say we are in the clear, because low area flooding is still a real possibility, but, I think we will be OK.

I thought I would just quote myself, because today is starting out the same as yesterday. More rain and really not even what would be called a heavy wind. The forecast is looking the same until after Tuesday. There will be flooding but right now, like yesterday, it rains moderately for a little while then stops or just a slight sprinkle for a couple of hours and then some heavier rain showers again. Everything is keeping up so far other then low lying areas that are traditionally flood prone. For all who are concerned, thank you for that!

There was not a filet for the dog but earlier in the summer when the dog treat lady had her blueberry treats I bought extra bags and put them in the freezer. So when we came home I took out a bag and she enjoyed a blueberry treat shortly afterwards.

Glad to hear you didn't carry anything. Hope it heals quickly.

I wish I had better sewing skills, those clothes are totally my type of style. Well my type of style for nice/work clothes. Otherwise it is shorts/sweats and tee shirts!

He's out of the ICU and at some point yesterday, he pooped Those who have been in the hospital for surgery know what a big deal that is. Still in an intense amount of pain, but he's making good progress!!

Oh my goodness! What an amazing looking table! Truly out of a story book setting. And nothing in the world like baby snuggles.
A looks so big now. Not into princesses anymore? I see she still needs to sport a tutu though. Maybe a super princess then?

Could be. He is at work this morning already packed. I think they are waiting to see if it is going to get worse here or they send them to Wilmington.
We had some gusts yesterday evening as the storm started coming closer. It rained off and on. A birch tree fell in our neighbor’s yard barely missing his house last night around 7. I can’t see any big limbs down in our woods right now. We are expecting 2-3 inches today. Now, it is a waiting game.

I believe it's called "reverse aging". The same thing as reverse mortgage except without the cash payout. Heck, I'm just in my mid-twenties myself and my youngest is 42. It's a mental reward for living a long time.

So my oldest Stepson proposed to his girlfriend last night. It seems I'm going to be a step-mil... is that a thing? I told my husband he's authorized to offer them up to $1000 to elope. The 2019 WDW trip is potentionally on the line!
