Yeah it is still hitting the coast but headed more south so missing my DD’s home pretty much which is good. We will probably get lots of wind and rain here. More than we thought.

So, just saw the 5 AM latest model from the NWS, and the hurricane is trending downward to 2. That's still one heck of a storm with damaging wind and flooding rain to come. Still. a smidge better than the 4 they were originally forecasting.

True -- the only reason I guessed that one of them appeared to be a Harrier, was because the wings sloped downward, just like your photo above. Sometimes planes have similar styles, but are indeed, different models. Thanks for clarifying. (I had seen one up close years ago on the flight deck of a British naval ship, and with the camera, etc., it kinda reminded me of that one.)
