I assume the same. It is everyone else you need to worry about. The problem with the younger ones nowadays is so many are so used to focusing on a digital something that is usually less than a foot from their faces that they are not used to being observant of everything around them. I know that I constantly look at my mirrors and not just what's in front of me when I drive.

Yep, I hear ya’...!
I definitely glance in my mirrors often enough to keep track of what’s happenin’ around me.
Of course I use them along with a quick over-the-shoulder blind spot check for a lane change.
One of the times I kinda’ actually stay lookin’ in my rear view mirror is when I’m waitin’ in the turn lane of the main highway to turn left onto the country backroad portion of my commute home (at least if I’m the last car). Trucks and cars a flyin’ by from behind just a few feet away fast enough for the air they’re pushin’ to shake your car.
Also, I always pull to the left past the yellow line as far as possible without goin’ into the natural median to stay as far away as possible. Yep, mostly false security, I know, as either way there would be little time to react and avoid disaster.
Can you tell I once saw a bad accident where a pickup plowed into a turn lane full of cars from behind? It was a mess.

Every bedroom with its own bath. Nice. Guest or maids quarters on the lower left? I like that the 3 bedrooms on the left side have a separate living space, like if it was a kids side it could be a play area. That is an amazing design for what mostly seems like a ranch. I could live in that!;)
Oh, I would want a bigger kitchen though.;)

Thanks!
Hahaaa!!! :hilarious: Yes, indeed, that’s one tiny kitchen...!!! ;)
Yes, every secondary bedroom has it’s own bath and walk-in closet.
Indeed, a kids game and craft room, as well.
Good call on the ranch, as it’s going on a small one in a development in the Hill Country. Only 6+ acres, but, they’re allowed to keep livestock, hire a ranch manager and a hand or 2, and build an outbuilding to house them...! :)
Oh, and if you mean the room on the lower right, that’s a guest room (plus, you probably already figured all that out from my last post of the design...! ;):))...! :)

I'm 76 days from A trip, not to WDW though....once I get my trip report finished I will announce where. It's going to be my finale.;)

Oh... well if we are going to get technical... the week of thanksgiving I'll be in St. Pete Beach. (73 days!) We are going to drive up to Disney Springs for the day on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Then in February there is New Orleans....... and my girls week in Rochester MN in June with 200 of my closest knitting friends... THEN... the countdown to Disney can begin!

A kitchen behind a kitchen?! It's not a restaurant, so who would need all that? Heck, all you need is a counter for a microwave, a refrigerator, and an oven, I guess. And a kitchen table with a few chairs. Voila. Kitchen completed. :p

Yep, that’s pretty much all we need, too!!! :hilarious:
But, you should see some of the stuff that goes into high-end residential kitchens these days...
Refrigerator drawers (there is one on the end of the island for the kiddos in the design I posted, along with a 48” ref., 60” range, double wall ovens, and between the main kitchen and the prep kitchen/pantry, 2 full 2-compartment sinks with disposals, a trash drawer, and 3 diswahers :cyclops: ), warming drawers, appliance garages, built-in coffee makers, dishwasher drawers, pot fillers above ranges/cooktops, etc., etc., etc.... o_O
And, WOW!!!!! do the prices add up...!!!!!!! :greedy::greedy::greedy::greedy::greedy:  ;) :)
It sure can be fun to do this for a living, but, good grief, we’ll never be able to afford anything like that...!!!
