Wow, those tacos look yummy. But the beer flight....how can someone work at a beer stand and not know what the beers are? How does one get what they order? That doesn't seem like he's very competent.
Just out of curiosity, have you ever had Shullsberg cheese? My cousin owns the Shullsberg creamery. Well, my cousin's husband. I don't like cheese unless it's melted, so I've never had it, but my mom and my brother used to LOVE the cheese curds when we visited. I vaguely remember touring the factory when I was really little, and the only thing I remember is that I thought it smelled horrid.
