Not to mention, no mint on the pillow . . . ;)
I got to thinking about how today's germophobe would react to the things that we did all the time. Even the early days of interstates had rest areas with picnic areas right next to the outhouses. You had to find a picnic table that wasn't downwind from the "facilities". I think there would have been an overflow of people arriving at ER's with aneurysms. It really wasn't that long ago either... the early 60's. Makes one kind of wonder how we survived. Purell hadn't been invented yet either and no running water. Hand washing was out of the question.

I know their advice re not using the same user name and password but I don't care. :pI'm living life on the edge :D

Online banking and credit cards are a different story. For those I have a unique user name and password. ;)
Or you could be saying that just as diversion so we don't try it. Just kidding, I'm the same way. I vary only slightly on my user name, but, my password is almost always the same. I don't write it down anywhere because it's the only one I use, but, it also has no connection with anything at all in my life. The odds of someone stumbling on it is highly unlikely. I am to old to rob a bank and I have to have some kind of excitement in my life.

Happy wet Farm Market Saturday, then the local health food store for their big back to school sale. I saw that nondairy cheese and organic chips are going to be almost given away and finally to an unboxing party for the new purty sewing machine. I have to go there anyway so seeing everybody in the door gets to pick a mystery bag why not. Probably thread or fat quarters but if it's free it's for me;)
An unboxing party for the sewing machine at the Health food store? :bored: I guess that gives new meaning to the phrase "It's a great source of fiber"...

I like it overall. The rides are fun...not too intense for smaller children, but still thrilling enough for older kids and adults. I’ve only eaten at Woody’s Lunch Box once, but the food was good. The theming is amazing–it really feels like you’ve shrunk down to the size of a toy. The only thing I wish there was more of, is shade. There aren’t very many places to get under if it rains or is really hot.
My ds said that there are already plans to expand TSL.

Can I give you a big High Five on that one?!! MAJOR pet peeve of mine--can't STAND IT!!! :banghead: What all these companies, etc., are doing is making the customer enter their own data, so that the company can get rid of more of their own staff--that used to do this for the customer. (Here's another dinosaur term for you: "Customer Service" -- the real kind.) :cautious:

And I can also tell you that I have probably forgotten 80% of all passwords I've entered, and then freak out when I can't get into something. I was always afraid that if I wrote them down, they'd be found by some mysterious thief who was after my millions of dollars . ..:hilarious:
Me too! But I read a tip somewhere and it has helped me a LOT with passwords. You know how they say don't use the same password for everything? And so many places now require you to have at least one capital letter, one character, and one number. So I read somewhere that you should have like one basis password and then you just add something to the end for each different site. So if your basic password is Disney, you add the number to the end of it, so your email might be Disney!1 and facebook Disney!2, and your banking Disney!3, etc....or you have Disney!1 and add whatever it is....Disney!1hot for hotmail, Disney!1face for facebook, etc. You only have to remember one password. And then when you need to change the password, you use the same ending and just change the basis word for all of them. Or rotate the numbers. Only you know your "code", so even if someone figured out the password for one, they wouldn't necessarily know the password for another.

That is the same sort of timescale we are looking at. We have our dcl trip next year or it would have been sooner.
We have been watching about 3 different YouTubers who have all recently been to TDR and we have fallen in love with the parks. When we looked into prices it really wasn't as scary as we thought.

No the prices for Japan aren't too bad for us here either. I am really close to having enough Hilton points to cover our stay at the hotel nearest Disneyland plus a couple nights elsewhere in the country if we want. And I almost have enough Delta points to cover my 1st class (for a flight that long I think I want that) fare or 2 coach tickets. If we go coach the planes they usually run from Minneapolis (non-stop) have two rows in the back of just two seats together so we could do that, I just don't want some random stranger sitting in between us or next to me for such a long flight.

The thing that stops us from saying 2020 is the for sure year is the thought of including Shanghai into the mix. If we do Shanghai we would do an Adventures by Disney tour, so we could see some of China without having to worry about language or what laws we might accidentally violate. But the Adventures by Disney trip is expensive, it would be nice to knock out all three Asian parks on one trip though, that's why it might be 2022 so we can save more. We will also have to travel in the summer, so that locks our dates a bit too. No matter when we go we will also put Hong Kong as a stop on the trip.

New sewing machine! Fantastic! Have fun at the market. We aren't going this morning, my niece is visiting and she slept in which is fine we had an early day yesterday. But she wants to go to Bingo today (it is part of your little town's summer celebration) and we wouldn't make it to the market and back for bingo in time. I'll go on Wednesday though. It has been nice to have a relaxing morning. I did make bacon and pancakes for breakfast, that made everyone in the house happy. Kapono even got her own mini-pancake.:)

Did anything come from your interview?
Yes, I asked to give me until Monday to decide. Foolish because it would be nice to give notice then take a week off before the switch.. should be a no brainer, I’m just nervous. I have it pretty darn good where I am, if I leave an the benefits at the new job change for the worse in a few months, then I’m totally screwed. At the end of the day, my job is flexible.. last minute quick getaways, school events, last minute late or early days etc.. I’ll never make everything of T’s in this business, but when I really look at it, I don’t have it bad here.

I’m very conflicted over what to do.

Edit- just pretend like you don’t see the bad grammar in this hurried post. Am not going to go back and correct it. :hilarious:

That sounds like an amazing plan! I hope you do it so we can have the best trip report ever!

I think you sort of answered what you want to do in the post.;)
