I wonder too, because the price difference is really there as long you can cope with the loss of theming.

The hotels infront of Universal were (last time we went) mere 50-75 USD per night. Compared to the 180+ USD per night on anything near Disney property.
I do love the theming, but I love the solitude of the campground. There isn't super theming obviously there compared to one of their regular resorts, but it is beautiful in its own way. The bonus is the watercraft service.

Why does so much of everyday life require a User Name & Password???

In my e-mail, Verizon Fios stated "we have a special savings offer for you if you renew 4 months early."
"Click HERE to view the offer"
.............LIE :(...........it just brings me to a screen asking for my user name and password

Linkedin sent me an e-mail that 2 people have searched my name this week.

I'm so glad when I'm ready to put dirty clothes in my washing machine it doesn't require that I provide a user name and password.:)

I had no idea one of your girls homeschools. I too have felt guilty at times with not helping bringing in money, but dh and I made the decision together. I am glad though that I get to spend more time with my kids than most people do. I know some are thrilled when the kids get back to school, but even with all that goes into having them at home all the time, I wouldn't change it.
It all went well, but, by high school, they wanted to do stuff with their friends and be part of the life that their friends had. So they went to Public High School. They had no curricular problems, but, had a very tough time adjusting socially. I actually had something of the same problem. I went through elementary and the first year of High School in a Catholic School. Then due to my Dads work we moved to another state and I went my last three years in public school. It was quite an adjustment. The biggest being the fact that in Catholic Schools classroom were gender separated. All of a sudden I was face to face with "girls". As far as I was concerned girls were alien beings that were made up primarily of cooties. In other words, socially I spent the better part of a year with my foot firmly planted in my mouth.
